Appointments & Cancellations

Please contact our reservation desk if you are running behind for your scheduled appointment time. Our professionals will do their best to service you in the time remaining. However, please be aware that you will still be charged for your full reserved appointment time. The Oasis Spa requires a 24 hour notice for any changes or cancellations so that you are not charged for your full reservation. When scheduling two or more services on the same day, a credit card is required to secure your reserved time.

Payment

Gift cards must be presented to our front desk prior to your service. All other payment is required at the end of your visit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and checks. Returned checks will be subject to a $25 fee.

Your Health & Spa Services

The Oasis Spa is a place of relaxation and tranquility for our guests. So we can better service you, we offer the following suggestions. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointed time so that you may check in, use our showers, locker room facility and relax in our tranquil waiting area. For your comfort and relaxation, The Oasis Spa will provide you with a robe and slippers.

It is important that first-time spa guests fill out a Personal Profile card. We ask that you disclose all of your personal health information. This will help our staff to better understand your needs to provide you with customized services. Clients with a heart condition or high blood pressure should avoid wraps or any treatment involving heat or detoxification. If you have an iodine allergy, avoid marine products such as seaweed. Those with varicose veins should not have a body scrub in those areas. Our expecting mothers should avoid essential oils, detoxification and any heat-related services including body wraps and the Steam Canopy.

Refreshments

The Oasis Spa complimentary refreshment bar is available with a variety of drinks including coffee, tea,flavored water, cookies, fruit and light snacks. This is the perfect way to relax either before or after your service.

Cell Phones

Cell phones must be turned off while in the spa, both for your sake and in consideration of other guests.

Junior Guests

For your ultimate relaxation and for your children’s safety, we ask that you make alternate accommodations for young children who are not receiving spa services. The Oasis Spa will not admit or provide service for children under the age of 12.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for any dollar amount, service or product purchase. Gift certificates must be present upon redemption and redeemed within 1 year of purchase.

Gratuities

A gratuity is not included in our service price, yet it is greatly appreciated. If you are unsure of the appropriate amount to contribute, you may use the guideline of 15 to 20%. Please be aware that all gratuity must be in the form of cash.
