Spa Etiquette

The Oasis Spa is a place of relaxation and tranquility for our guests. To better service you, Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointed time to check in and fill out a Personal Profile card. We ask that you disclose all of your personal health information. This will help our staff to better understand your needs to provide you with customized services. Clients with a heart condition or high blood pressure should avoid wraps or any treatment involving heat or detoxification. Those with varicose veins should not have a body scrub in those areas. Our expecting mothers should avoid essential oils, detoxification and any heat-related services including hot stones.

Appointments & Cancellations

The Oasis Spa requires a 24 hour notice for any changes or cancellations. When scheduling two or more services on the same day, a credit card is required to secure your reserved time. In the event that you are unable to stay within our cancelation time frame, we will unfortunately have to charge the credit card on file for the full price of your services.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards. Checks are also accepted with a valid driver’s license. Returned checks will be subject to a $35 fee.

Refreshments

Complimentary refreshments are available to help you relax during your visit.

Cell Phones

Cell phones must be turned off while in the spa.

Junior Guests

For your ultimate relaxation and for your children’s safety, we ask that you make alternate accommodations for young children who are not receiving spa services. The Oasis Spa will not admit or provide service for children under the age of 12.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for any dollar amount, service or product purchase. Gift certificates must be present upon redemption and redeemed within 5 years of purchase.

Packages

The Oasis Spa offers a packaged series of services at a discounted price. Packages are non-refundable but are transferable.

Gratuities

A gratuity is not included in our service price, yet it is greatly appreciated. Kindly use the guideline of 15 to 20%. Please be aware that all gratuities must be in the form of cash. We are happy to provide an onsite ATM for your convenience.
